Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help locate the shipment.
