Biquinho FX3 – a flavorful and ultra-mild Brazilian heirloom pepper known for its irresistible sweetness, unique shape, and incredible versatility. The name “Biquinho” means “little beak” in Portuguese, referencing its signature teardrop shape. The FX3 variant is a selectively bred strain known for its extra vigor, color consistency, and heavy yields. With a very gentle burn of around 500 to 1,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), this pepper delivers a juicy, sweet flavor with just a whisper of heat, making it perfect for pickling, snacking, charcuterie boards, or mild pepper sauces. Pods ripen from green to bright red, and plants are compact, ornamental, and incredibly productive.
