The Adele Pepper is a beautiful and productive Capsicum annuum variety that combines ornamental appeal with excellent culinary versatility. Originally developed from a Fish Pepper × Jigsaw ornamental cross and backcrossed by Ryan Parson, Adele produces attractive plants featuring striking black stems and vibrant variegated foliage that stand out in any garden.

The small, elongated pods ripen through stunning shades of deep purple, red, and orange, making the plants just as eye-catching as they are productive. While visually impressive, Adele is far more than an ornamental pepper. With a pleasant 20,000–40,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), it delivers a medium level of heat that is noticeable without being overwhelming.
