KS Chocolate Starscream (isolated seeds)

Developed by Khang Starr, the KS Chocolate Starscream is a unique cross between KS Linzo Chocolate and KS White Thai. This variety produces small, slender pods—around 1 inch in length—that ripen from green to a deep chocolate-brown. Its appearance is somewhat reminiscent of a chocolate Thai-style pepper, but with added depth in both color and character.

The flavor combines rich, earthy tones from its chocolate lineage with a brighter, more complex heat from the Thai influence. While not officially Scoville tested, it is commonly reported to fall in the 50,000–100,000 Scoville range, delivering a noticeable but manageable heat that works well in sauces, powders, and fresh applications.
