KS White Thai

The KS White Thai is a beautiful and highly productive Thai-type pepper developed by Khang Starr. This compact Capsicum annuum produces clusters of small, upright peppers with an unusual color progression that makes the plant especially attractive throughout the growing season.

The immature pods begin a creamy white to ivory color, develop striking shades of lavender and purple, then transition through orange before finally ripening to red. Plants can carry peppers at several different stages simultaneously, creating an impressive multicolored appearance.

Scoville Heat Units: Approximately 50,000–100,000 SHU

KS White Thai delivers the crisp, sharp heat expected from a Thai pepper along with good flavor and thin-walled pods. The peppers are excellent for stir-fries, curries, soups, sauces, and other Asian-inspired dishes. They can also be dried whole or ground into pepper flakes and powder.

The combination of compact growth, heavy production, upright pods, unique coloration, and substantial heat makes KS White Thai an excellent variety for both edible gardens and ornamental displays.
