The Peach Fadda is an exciting experimental cross between the White Fadda and an unknown pepper variety, producing uniquely shaped pods with a beautiful creamy peach coloration. The elongated, winged pods feature gentle lobes and a smooth, glossy finish, giving them an eye-catching appearance unlike most traditional peppers. Expect a mild to medium heat ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), offering a pleasant warmth without overpowering the palate. The flavor is sweet, crisp, and fruity with light citrus notes, making this variety an excellent choice for fresh salsas, salads, pickling, stuffing, and colorful pepper dishes.
