White Carolina Reaper (isolated seeds)

The White Carolina Reaper is a rare color variant of the world-famous Carolina Reaper (Capsicum chinense), prized for its ghostly ivory-white pods and extreme heat. The heavily wrinkled, lantern-shaped peppers often develop the Reaper’s signature pointed tail and ripen from pale green to creamy white. Despite their lighter color, these peppers deliver the same blistering intensity the Reaper is known for, typically ranging from 1,000,000 to 2,200,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). The flavor opens with a surprisingly sweet, slightly citrusy and floral taste before an intense, long-lasting burn quickly takes over. They are an excellent choice for making ultra-hot sauces, fiery pepper powders, spicy seasonings, and adding serious heat to salsas and chili. Plants are vigorous, highly productive, and produce an abundance of unique white pods throughout the growing season, making them a standout addition to any superhot pepper collection.

Because naturally occurring white Reaper lines can vary slightly between seed sources, some variation in pod shape, tail length, plant size, and heat level may occur.
