Yellow Fried Chicken Pepper is a striking yellow variation of the unusual Fried Chicken superhot, originally developed from 7 Pot Bubblegum × Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion. This variation retains the wild, heavily textured appearance that gives the Fried Chicken Pepper its memorable name while producing pods that mature to brilliant shades of yellow and golden yellow.

The pods develop deep wrinkles, folds, and blistered surfaces with chunky, irregular shapes. When fully mature, their golden coloration combined with the rough, crispy-looking exterior creates an appearance remarkably similar to pieces of fried chicken. Because this is a yellow variation, some differences in pod shape, texture, and coloration may occur.

Estimated at approximately 850,000–1,300,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), Yellow Fried Chicken delivers serious superhot heat. The flavor begins bright and fruity with citrus and tropical notes before the powerful heat builds into an intense, lingering burn.
