Zebrange (isolated seeds)

The Zebrange is a unique ornamental pepper created by Laurent Minet of Belgium from a cross between Aji Fantasy and Christmas Bell (Bishop’s Crown). This eye-catching variety produces distinctive winged pods that ripen to a brilliant orange adorned with bold red striping, giving them a striking appearance similar to Sugar Rush Stripey. With a mild to medium heat of approximately 5,000 to 10,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), Zebrange offers a sweet, fruity flavor with bright tropical notes inherited from its Aji lineage. Its excellent flavor and unique appearance make it an outstanding choice for fresh salsas, salads, pickling, stuffing, and colorful culinary presentations.
